This was an interesting project to produce Energy Performance Certificates for. We under took the SAP calculations also. These semi townhouse style dwellings finished as high B-rated properties to do the timberframe construction.

This project was carried out using SAP 2009. Current regulations have changed and energy outcomes will be different.
